Job Description

- Lead a team of sales agents to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and support to the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations
