VIRTUE INFRA PVT. LTD. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales management in the construction industry, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor their team. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of sales initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and at least 5 years of sales management experience are required for this position.
Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to ensure targets are being met
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales initiatives
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related issues
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
