MM Autosales Pvt Ltd is a dealer of SKODA in Gorakhpur & Ayodhya seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Showroom sales team at Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing sales objectives, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, training and motivating sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate deals, and monitor market trends. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide reports to senior management
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Participate in negotiations and close sales deals
- Provide training and support to sales team members
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
