JOB DESCRIPTION
- To achieve business targets through field sales of insurance product
- To recruit train and develop a team of insurance agents to create business opportunities
- To assist insurance agents in sales calls for sales conversion
- Result orientation in achieving business targets from time to time
- To be the first point of contact to ensure seamless customer service
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Age between 23 – 38 yrs
- Graduation / Post Graduation.
- Experience in Agency Insurance / Any Sales
