We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Maximise revenue generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
• Meet and advise clients on real estate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
• Develop Provident Capital as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Knowledge of sales techniques and processes
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
