Job Description

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Manage and monitor sales performance metrics.
- Research and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions.
