Job Description

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team through coaching, motivating and providing leadership
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote the company’s products and services
- Meet with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present solutions that align with their business goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure common goals are met and sales efforts are supported
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback and guidance on ways to improve
