Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

- Develop and manage the branch budget, working towards achieving financial goals.
