- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and generate leads
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals

- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and resolving customer inquiries

- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and update customer information
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to develop sales skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network
