Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, lead status, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the software industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong lead generation and convincing abilities.
    • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred.
