Job Description
We are hiring for Female Sales Coordinator.
- Making entries of new clients and updating client requirement in CRM.
- Sending Marketing mails to new leads with the latest product and development.
- Searching new leads from search engines.
- Drafting mails with development.
- Taking Incoming Enquiry calls.
- Receiving Purchase order from customer and sending PI to customer from TFAT
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up for material status
- Follow up for pending payments
- Schedule meetings with clients
- Ensure all paper work and documentation regarding sales and execution of all orders is maintained and up to date
- Manage and log every inward/outward courier/post/ sample/ hand delivery
- Well versed with MS Office/Computer savvy
