- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote our products and services
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales leads and drive business growth
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend sales training and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Maintain a positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
