Your Role:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Associate with a passion for smashing sales targets, excels in strategic planning and who revels in building and optimising processes that set us apart from the competition. About Us: LearnTube is a global, AI-driven product that transforms the scattered content of the internet and YouTube into bite-sized courses complete with a structured path, auto-generated assessments & peer-interactions. Hyper-personalised course content is further generated specific to each user & their goal.
Skills:
1. Proactive, self starter and highly motivated and goal oriented.
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Good networking skills - ability to start relationships and build rapports.
4. Adaptive Problem-Solving and Resilience in Dynamic Sales Environments
Responsibilities:
1. Own complete revenue goals.
2. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, driving experiments, establishing strategy and projecting future performance.
3. Achieving monthly sales targets.
4. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives & grow the conversion rate
5. Own the complete sale cycle for each lead provided and generate revenue through personal closures - B2C
