We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Executive to join our team at SHRENZO CAREER PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail store, including managing the store operations, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is meeting its financial goals. The Retail Store Executive will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, as well as developing strategies to increase profitability and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of retail operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Job Description

- Manage day-to-day operations of retail store
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Train and develop store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
