GPSAR HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking a highly qualified Retail Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medication, providing advice on health issues, managing medication stock levels, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Retail Pharmacist will work closely with customers to ensure they receive the proper medication and information to manage their health effectively. Additionally, the Retail Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a Pharm D degree, be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state, and have strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
Job Description

- Dispense prescription medications to patients with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide counseling and advice to patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Monitor patients' drug therapies for drug interactions, side effects, and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and transactions processed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay current on pharmacological knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering medications, and stocking shelves
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and questions
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the pharmacy through teamwork and dedication.
