Job Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and property developers
- Develop strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the real estate transaction, from listing to closing
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the sales process
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay current on market trends and industry updates
- Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Handle negotiations and resolve any conflicts that may arise during the sales process
- Meet sales targets and achieve revenue goals
