The Relationship Manager at Optimhire is responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and retention. Job Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow client accounts
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and challenges
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Foster trust and loyalty with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
