Master Solutions is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee and cultivate relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. The Relationship Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to drive business growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. Experience in client relationship management and a background in sales or account management is preferred.

A very well reputed holiday / vacation ownership company in India, is looking for Relationship / Sales Manager for its operations in Rajkot, Surat, Ahmedabad & Baroda in Gujrat



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The role is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with the position, The applicant needs to have min of 2 to 3 yrs of experience in Direct Selling. Previous work experience in either Timeshare / Vacation Ownership OR Banking OR Finance OR Insurance OR Hospitality industry candidates will be preferred. Candidates with Timeshare Industry will have added advantage



Job Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors


Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
