Job Description
- Promote and sell insurance products and services to meet sales targets
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide strategic guidance to customers
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, sales data, and customer engagement activities
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
