As a Personal Banker at Edu prizm infotech, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and providing them with expert advice and support. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions. Job Description

We are hiring for Personal Banker for HDFC Bank

- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Developing and executing strategic plans to increase client satisfaction and retention
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring their success
- Communicating effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns
- Monitoring client feedback and making necessary improvements
- Keeping up-to-date on industry best practices and innovations
