Job Title: Relationship Manager B2B- Mutual Funds/PMS/AIF Location: Chandigarh Department: Sales/Client Services Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and prospect potential B2B partners, including businesses, professional associations, and other relevant organizations. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate leads and secure appointments. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential B2B clients and partners. Relationship Management & Cultivation: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, providing exceptional service and support. Understand the unique needs of each partner and tailor wealth management solutions to meet their specific requirements. Proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Business Development & Sales: Conduct compelling presentations and workshops to educate potential partners on the company's wealth management services. Collaborate with internal teams (investment advisors, financial planners) to deliver comprehensive solutions to B2B clients. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the B2B space. Conduct market research to identify potential new partners and target markets. Provide regular updates and reports on B2B activities, performance, and pipeline to senior management. Networking & Representation: Attend networking events and industry conferences to build and strengthen relationships. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships. Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
