- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Solv's products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address any questions or concerns clients may have.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new business and retaining existing clients.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions to track progress and monitor success.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously improve sales and relationship-building skills.
- Represent Solv professionally at networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions.
