Experience – 1/3 yrs in Non IT Recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and source potential candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidate
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to offer.
Assist in creating job descriptions and defining recruitment strategies.
Negotiate offer terms when necessary and ensure candidates understand all aspects of the offer.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Good exposure to MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
