Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Recruiter working with our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will act as a bridge with our clients, ensuring that we provide the best-fit candidates for their positions. This role requires a strong understanding of client requirements, effective communication with both clients and vendors, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:

1. Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and priorities.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including vendor networks, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client roles.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients and vendors.

3. Client Communication:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on candidate status and progress.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Quality Control:

  • Ensure the quality of candidates presented to clients, including thorough background checks and reference verifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in Ms. Excel.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment and staffing.
  • Generate and present regular reports on recruitment activities and vendor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals & software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment.
