Job Description

The Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees. This position involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors:
  • Welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Phone Management:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Take messages and relay them accurately.
  • Office Coordination:
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Monitor office supplies and restock as needed.
  • Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Security and Access Control:
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Monitor access to the premises and report any suspicious activity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using office equipment (phone system, computer, printer).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
