RISING INFRA is seeking a dynamic and experienced REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER to oversee our sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and meeting sales targets. Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential
- Identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth
- Build relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and market trends.
