We are actively hiring For #realestate Location : #Noida and #Gurugram Position: Investment Consultant, Portfolio Manger, Sales Manager. Experience: Min 3 Years of Relevant experience Salary : 4 Lac - 8 Lac Annual Responsibility • Maximise revenue generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns. • Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales. • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns. • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. • Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention. • Meet and advise clients on real estate. • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. • Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation. • Develop Provident Capital as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies. Qualifications Any Graduate or post Graduate with following Skills 1. Good experience in Sales 2. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 3. Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability. 4. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter. 5. Ability to work independently. Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and oversee all sales activities
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and set goals
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures
