- Lead a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Train and mentor agents on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of real estate transactions
- Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices.
