Job Description

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance to improve overall effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns
