Job Description
- Generate leads and drive sales for residential and commercial real estate properties
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders in the industry
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to advise clients on the best investment options
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create effective promotional materials
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand client base
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Work closely with sales team and management to develop strategic sales plans
- Utilize CRM system to track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activities efficiently.
