Adroit Engineers is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the quality control processes and procedures within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. The Quality Manager will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as provide training and guidance to staff on quality control best practices. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. A minimum of 5 years experience in a quality management position, as well as a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, is required. Job Description

- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes
- Oversee the quality control and assurance program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and root causes of quality issues
- Communicate quality goals and objectives to all levels of the organization
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high quality standards for materials and components
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management practices
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality inquiries and feedback.
