Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor staff on quality processes and procedures
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and devise strategies for improvement
- Stay current on industry best practices and quality trends
- Coordinate with external quality assurance agencies and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare reports for management on quality performance and recommendations for enhancements.
