National Placement Services is seeking experienced Quality Engineers to join our team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures to ensure the overall quality of products meet standards. This role will involve conducting tests, identifying defects, and working with production teams to make necessary improvements. Job Description

- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate suppliers and ensure quality of incoming materials
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures
- Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
