Job Description
Job Role Inspecting of all quality related procedures & Inspection test plan.
Job Description
Prepare & document test reports as per ITP & GAD.
Testing of quality of materials, processes & workmanship.
Maintain quality in accordance with Company Quality System
Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of Instruments, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
Interfaces with engineering team to coordinate the release of instrument improvements and new instruments.
Evaluates work methods, procedures, participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing production process.
Determines root cause and corrective action analysis for issues that arise during production planning, manufacturing process, final assembly and testing.
To work with engineering team on the design and development of test fixtures and coordination of test fixtures sourcing activities.
Desired Profile
BE / Diploma – Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics
2-3 years experience in manufacturing Industry.
Knowledge of field Instrumentation shall be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication (English + Local language)
