Responsibilities:
Identify and source reliable suppliers for mechanical tools, equipment, and materials.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in procurement practices.
Manage inventory levels and optimize the supply chain for efficiency.
Track and report key functional metrics to management.

Designation
As a Purchase Executive at Tech Tools Trading India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, sourcing quality materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to support our clients' manufacturing needs. Responsibilities: Identify and source reliable suppliers for mechanical tools, equipment, and materials. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements. Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in procurement practices. Manage inventory levels and optimize the supply chain for efficiency. Track and report key functional metrics to management. Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and industry developments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience Minimum 6 months as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role. Freshers can also apply. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain principles. Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
