Job Description
- Daily Purchase update in Tally as per Inward, GRN update in Odoo.
- Daily outward Transport updated from dispatch group.
- Transport bills monthly reconciliation send to Finance for payment.
- Sales vs Dispatch update daily basis.
- Inventory Master maintenance, new product creation with new discount structure as per details.
- Discount Master sheet updated daily basis any changes.
- Co-ordinate with Store In-charges while Inward received.
- Debit note/Credit note issue to suppliers.
- Daily Stock upload in fetch app depot wise.
- Daily provide customer address for dispatch to Packing team.
Required Skills:
- Experience with billing software and systems.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) & Tally ERP9
