Job Description
Responsibilities includes:
* Frequently coordinate with Clients, sub-contractors and Site Engineers.
* Help prepare budgets and analyze risks and opportunities.
* Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation are maintained appropriately.
* Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
* Oversee project procurement management.
* Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Responsible for all appropriate legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of agreement.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
* Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance.
* Need to travel across Kerala related to various projects. - Base Location will be Muvattupuzha

Experience : Seeking Project coordinator with 5-7 years of commercial interior experience.
