SNK IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in project coordination and knowledge of project management tools/software is preferred. Job Description

- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Allocate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor project progress and track deliverables
- Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop solutions
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and key metrics
- Assist in budget management and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
- Evaluate and improve project processes and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience in project management may be considered in lieu of education.
