Rasi Seeds Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Assistant to join our team. The Project Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our project managers, assisting in coordinating project activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring all deliverables are on schedule. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a strong attention to detail. This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, so the ideal candidate must be a team player with a proactive and collaborative attitude. Previous experience working in a project management or administrative role is preferred. Job Description

- Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and implementing various projects
- Support project deadlines by coordinating schedules and resources
- Monitor project progress and update project timelines as necessary
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist in creating and updating project reports
- Conduct research and collect data for projects
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for meetings
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders
- Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by project managers
