Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Outbound Calling: • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and customers. • Introduce products/services and highlight their features and benefits. • Effectively communicate promotional offers and campaigns.
Lead Generation: • Identify and qualify potential leads through telephone conversations. • Gather relevant information and maintain a detailed record of leads.
Customer Engagement: • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance.
Appointment Setting:
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field professionals. • Ensure accurate and timely communication of appointment details.
Follow-up Calls: • Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction. • Gather feedback and address any concerns or questions.
Achieve Targets: • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation. • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
Data Management: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database. • Document call interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes.
Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: • Follow established scripts and communication guidelines. • Adapt communication style to different customer profiles.
Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role
