Strolar Mounting Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Engineer to oversee the manufacturing process of our mounting systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. Duties will include monitoring production schedules, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to maximize productivity. The Production Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and ensure that production goals are met. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a background in mechanical engineering or a related field, are required. Job Description

- Design and develop manufacturing processes and procedures for efficient production of mounting systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production equipment and processes
- Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of production processes and procedures
- Implement quality control measures to uphold product quality and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure proper execution of processes
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in production technology to drive innovation
- Participate in regular meetings and reviews to assess production performance and make necessary adjustments.
