Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, cold calling, social media).
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and identify how your solution can add value.
  • Product Demos and Presentations: Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and use cases that resonate with customer needs.
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals: Develop and present competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience.
  • Building Long-Term Relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze customer data, and report on activity and performance to contribute to the overall sales strategy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of your assigned SaaS product and its functionalities.
  • Comfortable conducting engaging and informative product demos.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
