Job Description

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Follow defined processes and procedures accurately
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
- Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and process updates
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
