The Placement Trainer at Erode sengunthar engineering college will be responsible for preparing students for campus placements by conducting mock interviews, resume writing workshops, and communication skills training. The trainer will work closely with students to assess their strengths and weaknesses, provide individualized coaching, and assist in developing career goals. Additionally, the trainer will liaise with industry partners to understand their recruitment needs and trends, in order to tailor training programs accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students succeed in their professional careers. Job Description

- Develop and deliver training programs to students preparing for campus placements
- Design and implement innovative teaching methods to improve students' communication and interview skills
- Provide one-on-one coaching to students on resume writing and professional networking
- Coordinate with industry professionals to organize mock interviews and group discussions
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress throughout the placement training program
- Stay updated on latest trends and requirements in the job market to tailor training accordingly
- Collaborate with career services team to ensure seamless integration of placement training with academic curriculum
- Participate in faculty meetings and workshops to enhance teaching techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance and feedback for continuous improvement
- Act as a mentor and guide to students to help them achieve their career goals.
