ASDN Cybernetics Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the placement process for our cybersecurity training programs, ensuring that students are connected with relevant job opportunities upon completion of their training. This role will involve collaborating with employers, job seekers, and internal teams to match candidates with the right placements, as well as tracking and reporting on placement success rates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, and experience in workforce development or recruitment. Job Description

- Coordinate and oversee all placements for students in the Cybernetics program
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure placement opportunities
- Assist students in preparing for interviews and networking events
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure students are meeting placement requirements
- Track and monitor student progress during placements
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the placement process
- Collect and analyze data on placement outcomes to improve program effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in student placement
- Attend career fairs and recruitment events to promote the Cybernetics program
- Communicate regularly with students, industry partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful placements.
