Job Description

 Objective

To ensure successful placement opportunities to connect locally.

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic and administrative oversight
  • Networking and Liaison with State and National Level Employers
  • Ensure overall compliance to Programme Guidelines and prescriptions
  • Responsible for induction of Facilitators for the Placement availability & JD’s
  • Update on Placement Performance
  • Employer engagement with centers (SME Sessions, OJT & Content upgradation)
  • Review and respond to escalated complaints and grievances
  • 100% placement assistance, 80% learner placement is minimum benchmark

 

 

Essential Skills
  • Capability for overseeing placement partners for learners
  • Excellent communication, networking, and computer skills
  • Target-oriented and leadership abilities are required
  • Open to travel for PAN India locations
