Job Description
- Lead and coordinate a team of PHP developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications
- Drive innovation and best practices in PHP development to ensure high quality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in PHP programming
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development to continuously improve the team's capabilities
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
- Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
