Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy branch
- Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels to ensure optimal supply of medications
- Maintain pharmacy safety standards and adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Coordinate with other departments and pharmacy branches to ensure synergy and efficiency
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of pharmacy staff
- Stay up-to-date on new medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy management
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals and objectives for the branch and ensure they are met.
