We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support our executive team at Womensy Fashion Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. In addition, the Personal Secretary will be responsible for maintaining confidential information, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Perform office assistant duties such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies
- Provide personal assistance to executives and handle scheduling and appointments
- Assist in secretarial activities like drafting emails, letters, and reports
- Serve as a virtual assistant by managing virtual meetings and correspondence
- Support executives with various administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Handle incoming phone calls and messages in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks
- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
