Job Description
- Proactively manage the executive's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle all correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
- Take meeting minutes, organize and maintain files and documents
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and plan company events, team building activities, and other special projects
- Provide general support and assistance to the executive as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
